Followimg your lead I would re-define the term "neo colonial" to the "self colonialism", the exact attitude that permited the spanish conquest. Of course, we import a very poor and slimy soldier, since a proper soldier would not lend himself to this strange ritual. Cortez's conquest was a matter of perception.

Vidarte created a strange synergy: bad art, bad administration, bad politics and attitude, the obnoxious ultra right in power, since it had been the opposition for such a long time, they do not allow themselves to be wrong.
